Strawberries – Keep Indoors for Winter
Q: I have strawberries planted in a strawberry clay pot. I let them stay in my basement over winter. When should I bring them out?
A: Most folks just pull them close to the house where they don’t get much wind and leave them outdoors for winter, because they need sunshine on their leaves.
I’d try placing them outdoors now, in a sheltered spot.
