I’ve had it for 5 years. I live in Arkansas. This plant does not get flowers & whenever it’s stressed like when replanting in leaks a white milky substance with a strong odor.

That white, milky substance is probably somewhat toxic and should be washed off immediately and thoroughly if it’s on your skin, to avoid a possible skin rash.
