I’m not sure if I just stumbled upon seedlings of some kind of Thuja. I did not see any other adult plants around. All of them seemed to be the same size. Interested in others thoughts about it.

I believe it may be creeping ground cedar which is also called running pine, and club moss. It’s a native species, doesn’t like to be transplanted and I understand is endangered.
