found these 4 plants in my garden after months of not watering during the winter time. Now i am watering them but i have no idea what they could be. Kinda resembles cauliflower but i have never seen any this tall and thin. Please help! thank you

I agree that it’s probably collards. My in-laws have it coming up in their compost pile.

I believe that’s wild mustard. It can be pretty, but can also try to take over the bed if you let it go to seed too often. I always kept mine at bay by eating the larger plants. When it gets annoying, just pull/cut it, clean the leaves, and cook them as you would collards or turnip greens. The flowers are also edible if you like pretty yellow spots in your salad.
