Hi, This photo is of a plant in NC. It smells really amazing, almost like gardenia, but it looks like hydrangea. Thank you for your assistance!

Snowball bush… Dunno which specific one you have… There are a number of viburnums that are similar in appearance.

That is Viburnum opulus ‘Roseum’. See http://www.cfgphoto.com/photos-shrubs-viburnum-opulus.html for more images. While pretty in spring, your all-sterile flower cultivar will not fruit.
