Notes:
This came with a house I bought about 4 months ago. It was trimmed a bit better and looked like it had orbs of green. I put in some tree fertilizer sticks around it and its neighbor plant. The other plant is doing pretty well, but this one seems to be dying.

I like those eye-balls… I hadn’t actually clicked the thread… Until now… Thought I had it as white bane berry (Actaea pachypoda)… clearly not that… Looks like one of those place-holder shrubs installed by the landscaper that the homeowner replaces as soon as possible… Some kind of juniper… Probably easily identified by taking a walk through the shrub display at the local big box store… Sorry I can’t be more help… I’m more interested in the native plants on the property before the landscaper plants all that exotic stuff…
