Bell Pepper – Growing from Seed
Q: I LOVE red bell peppers and have never been successful growing them. I just bought one last night from Publix for my salad and saved some of the seeds that fell out while I was slicing it.
Would I have any luck in planting these seeds?
A: I’m doubtful….. most bell peppers are picked before they are fully ripe and before the seeds inside are mature. Better to buy seeds at a garden center.
