Was sold to me on ebay as Rainbow Eucalyptus but I had someone tell me that is not what it is and they don’t know. Leaves are small and sometims has tiny yellow flowers come out where leaves come out. It is skinny trunk about a pinky size and like 5 -6 foot tall.

This looks like some type of primrose-willow species (Ludwigia). I am guessing this might be the shrubby Mexican Primrose-willow (Ludwigia octovalvis).
