It appears to be a Hoya plant, or “wax flower”. I have several. If you are lucky to have both a male and female, you will be rewarded with lovely, wax like flowers that drip edible honey.

From the angle of your photo it could be a Weeping Fig (Ficus benjamina). Check to see if white sap bleeds when a leaf is removed from the attached petiole stem and lenticels can be found on the twigs surface.
