this is a bush/tree growing along my fence…I believe it has fragrant white flowers on it in the early spring – It stays green all year

Not able to see the whole plant, the opened flowers & I can’t tell the leaves scale. I’m guessing perhaps Japanese Euonymus (Euonymus japonicus)? Check it out and see if you have a match.
