Notes:

We have this great tree in our backyard. It was here when we moved in it stays green all year. With a few red leaves appearing in the fall. It never is bare. It’s bark is white and smooth. I have uploaded a few pictures to help identify. It does not flower or have fruit or seeds.

    I’m not certain but these leaves looks similar to bay laurel (Laurus nobilis). A bruised leaf will release its scent. Bay laurel flowers are quite small and according to sources only female tree will bear fruits. Check it out and see if you have a match.
