Notes:
looks like weed tree with catawba like green leaves white flowers with long pistal that resemble honey suckle purple seed pod that opens like a flower arond blue seed each one on a single stem but clustered no tight (on the left river bank of hooche where the houses back up to the river before apts on the right.)
