This plant kinda “looks like” bougainvillea, but we’re sure it’s not. It’s somewhat woody, but after a recent pruning, it’s starting to look healthier.

Without flowers I could only speculate for now. This could be a cultivar in the Mandevilla genus (rock trumpet), possible Mandevilla sanderi or a cultivar in the Allamanda genus. Although I’m leaning toward Mandevilla. Flowers are needed for a confirmed ID. When it blooms and you still don’t know, please resubmit with photo of opened flower.
