Camellia sasanqua — sudden die off (just within the last couple of weeks) of 25 year old plant. Didn't notice any yellowing or wilting, just suddenly crispy brown. There IS a bit of new growth as shown on the two close-up pictures. Any ideas? Would it be advisable to prune back substantially and hope for the best with new growth?
