Notes:

This grows native in Central Texas. It is also sold for planting in your yard as a shrub. They get up to 20 ft tall maybe more.

    I wish I could see more of the plant. I’m guessing this might be a type of privet (Ligustrum) (?), possible Ligustrum lucidum (broadleaf privet).
