Notes:
This plant was spitted on Jolee Island in Sandestin Fl. The most amazing feature of this plant is that it’s flowers all seem to have different shapes and colors that range from sooty pink to a shiny pink. Most interesting plant I’ve ever seen. It also appeared to be the only one on the island that was in bloom. I looked for others but was unable to identify any more. The plant stood about 3-4 feet high and other than the blooms was pretty nondescript.

I don’t think those are flowers. It looks like it has a really bad dose of leaf gall fungus, which will inflate, twist, distort and discolor the leaves. It can also do the same to the flowers.
