Notes:
Genus/species of this particular plant? Cycad? It is growing in Malabar, FL in a well shaded area (picture taken at 11 AM) next to a cardboard palm (zamia?). It has very soft fronds, much softer than a coontie as an example, similar to a palm frond with no noticeable protective thorns etc. I didn’t explore into it very deep though. The owner knows nothing about it; it came with the home. Based on the size of it and the zamia, both about 4 feet tall, I assume that it is probably quite mature.

Details i.e. leaflets, base of plant(s) are too far away to be tell. although I think you could be right of this might be something in the Cycads (?). I’m wondering if yours is in the Zamiaceae family, perhaps species or a cultivar of the Zamia genus (?). I’m not a Cycads expert and suggest you try the experts on these included for a confirmed ID. Best wishes! Link to Zamia species. http://www.junglemusic.net/Zamia/Zamia_An_Exotic_Type_Of_Cycad.html
