Notes:
1. The one with orange Yellin flowers is a shrub. Full sun. Evergreen
2. The one with a white yellow flower is an evergreen. It’s not honeysuckle but the flower looks like honeysuckle.

I think laura735 is correct in their identification of both shrubs. The pictures of the shrub with the orange fruit is definitely a euonymus species, hard to say which specifically. I think the other shrub could be Lonicera maackii (https://www.minnesotawildflowers.info/shrub/amur-honeysuckle). This link also has great comparison notes to other similar species, but I think the image matches L. maackii more accurately.

1- A type of Euonymus, maybe Euonymus bungeanus?
2- Maybe a cultivar of winter honeysuckle (Lonicera) ? Not able to view the whole plant to narrow down further, here is an example from the included link below is the images of winter honeysuckle with similar flowers form . Best wishes!
