This mystery plant can’t be left outdoors because the deer eat it, so my friend has it hanging in her sunroom. When I asked the name of it she didn’t know. I was interested in taking a cutting but she said she had never been able to start from cuttings. I will gladly buy one for myself if I knew what to ask for. Can you tell me, please? …

With out flowers to be certain, I’m guessing this might be a cultivar in the wingpod purslane (Portulaca umbraticola). Check it out and see if you have a match.
