I received a large bouquet of roses last month that included these branches in the arrangement. When the roses died, the branches were still in good health so I put them in a vase and they started blooming leaves. What plant is this? I love it and want to keep it alive. It has started rooting in the vase of water, should I plant it in soil? Or is the vase of water enough to keep it alive?

Maybe Salix babylonica ‘Tortuosa’ (curly willow). Check out the link below for further help in propagating curly willow. Best wishes!
