Notes:

I received a large bouquet of roses last month that included these branches in the arrangement. When the roses died, the branches were still in good health so I put them in a vase and they started blooming leaves. What plant is this? I love it and want to keep it alive. It has started rooting in the vase of water, should I plant it in soil? Or is the vase of water enough to keep it alive?
