This looks like Primrose jasmine (Jasminum mesnyi). It is very similar to Winter jasmine (Jasminum nudiflorum). From what I learned the Primrose J. is fragrant, while the Winter J. is not. http://www.floridata.com/ref/J/jasm_mes.cfm http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jasminum_nudiflorum
