Has smooth leaves, 2 leaves per node along stem, about 1″ long.

There are several plants with similar leaves. And with out flowers to help narrow down its ID, I could only speculate that this is either Asiatic jasmine/Japanese jasmine (Trachelospermum asiaticum) or the common periwrinkle (Vinca minor)?
