Without flowers and notable to see the rest of the shrub, I’m taking a guess. Maybe something in the Euonymus genus? Possible something in the Euonymus alatus (burning bush)? Check it out and see if you have a match. If this isn’t that, please resubmit with photos of side view of the whole shrub and flowers if there are are any.
