Notes:
I’ve watched this tree growing close to our farm for about four years. I’ve watched for it in other areas to see if appears to be invasive. To date, I haven’t seen another one in the area. The limbs are quite dense and has maintained this straight shape since I first noticed it. Can anyone help me? Also, I’d like to do some cuttings. Can anyone help me with that task as well?

This does not look at all like a red bay to me. Need a close up photo of the leaves. Might be a variety of podicarpus, which can be pruned to become a tree or a shrub.

Red Bay? (Persea borbonia) Crush a leaf and see if you get that spicy, bay odor. Do the fruits turn blue?
