Notes:

This plant was given to me as a house warming gift. It has green almost stalk looking stems with 2 leaves every few inches. There is no flowering. The main “branches” are thicker with bigger leaves towards the bottom. However, it does have some new growth with thinner looking stems. When it was smaller it stood mostly upright but as it’s grown it has started to droop more.

    Looks like a succulent in the Crassulaceae family. . I found a plant image that looks similar to yours (I don’t know if they both are the same), but a search on the Internet of the listed name turn up a different looking plant.
