It’s kind of blurry to be certain. I am guessing here. 1- Maybe rubber plant (Ficus elastica). 2- Maybe Monstera deliciosa Liebm. Common names include Fruit Salad Plant, Swiss Cheese Plant, and Mexican breadfruit plant. If plant number 2 is Monstera delicosa Liebm. It sometimes sold incorrectly as “Split Leaf Philodenron, and Philodendron pertusum. It is not a species of Philodenron.
