Can you resubmit and give us its cones, berries (fruits)? This is one of the diagnostic key that would help to narrow down from similar looking genera. The leaves are too blurry to see their details. I have some ideas but reluctant to go further since bark from younger specimen looks some what different from a mature one. With its scale-like leaves and the bark looks like peeling strips, I’m wondering if yours specimen is in the Cupressaceae family (?) that include cypress, juniper, etc… Its cones or berries would help quickly. Search on the ground for the fallen ones. For now check out some of the genera in the family. Best wishes!
