Water oak, probably. Seedling water oaks have variable leaf shapes. In this one the lower leave are like willow oak leaves. Older trees generally have a spoon shaped leaf. Some of the brown leaves on the ground appear to be red oak. I have collected oaks for 40 years, but still not an expert.
