I saw these berries growing along of what it looks like a weed inside the bushes and next to the wall, could you please tell me is itÕs a Berry plant or if this is something toxic, thank you.

It looks like berry plant (Rubus), maybe a type of blackberry/dewberry? You could check it with your local Agricultural Extension before consuming any wild plants. Check out one in the blackberry found in FL. Best wishes! https://warcapps.usgs.gov/PlantID/Species/Details/2203
