The hibiscus leaves are a bit blurry to tell what type (hardy hibiscus , tropical hibicus, etc…) Regrettably I’m not able to see clearly of diseases or insects. I’m guessing this hibiscus could be something in the tropical group? Perhaps the included link below can help you further.
