Bought a house with this purple Loropetalum hedge on one side of the front walk, mismatching green plants on the other. We want to match it, but we’ve discovered there are many different types of Loropetalum. Is there any reliable way to distinguish varieties? I can’t remember the flowers, if any. Height is close to three feet after relatively light trimming.
