laura735 Master Identifier says:
I wish I could see the flowers clearly, I could only speculating and suggesting this maybe a type of corydalis/fumewort (Corydalis). I don’t know if this plant is non-native or native. But according to source some of the species growing in GA is C. micrantha (slender corydalis) a U.S. native, and C. flavula (yellow fumewort) A native of eastern U.S. link below is for both , click on images to enlarge. Check it out and see if you have a match. If that it isn’t, make new post with a closeup of flowers. Best wishes! https://www.google.com/search?q=Corydalis+micrantha&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjDp4qOm7HTAhVH4GMKHWRXCRkQ7AkIUg&biw=1722&bih=822
