It’s hard to tell without flowers & fruits. For now I could only suggest some of the included plants with opposite leaf with similar venation to compare with yours. The first included link is for leechbush. If none of these are matched, make new post when it blooms. Best wishes! #1 Leecbush/Indian-olive (Nestronia umbellula).
