Tree is in central Oklahoma, has small pods growing throughout..

The fruits details are not clear enough to help narrowing down its ID. For now I could only speculate with some of these possibilities; Chinese pistache (Pistachia chinensis), Western Soapberry (Sapindus drummondi), and chinaberry (Melia azedarach).
