With out flowers to help narrow down its ID. I’m wondering with the opposite leaves & red stems, perhaps a species or a cultivar in the Iresine genus (?). According to sources, there are 20 – 25 species in this genus. The flowers will help with the ID quickly, maybe you could give us an up date in a new post when these blooms.
