I checked out the article and I think it’s specifically Sedum praealtum (that being a sub of the dendroideum), Thanks again for steering me in the right direction.

Not seeing its flowers, I’m guessing a type of tree sedum. This might be Sedum dendroideum? chack it out and see if you have macth.
