Maybe a type of Viburnum? Possible the leatherleaf viburnum (Viburnum rhytudiphyllum) or one of its cultivars. For now check this species & one of the hybrid cross Prague viburnum (Viburnum x pragense). Click on images to enlarge. Best wishes! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Viburnum_rhytidophyllum
