Agree with sunnysue2009 about there are two different plants in the photos. I can’t see clearly which plants that these fruits are attached to. I’m guessing they might belong to the Chinese tallow tree (Triadica sebifera). The other leaves appear to belong to a species in the Smilax genus(greenbrier.) Check out the included link for Chinese tallow and see if you have a match. If this isn’t Chinese tallow, make new post with photos of the tree, close up of trunk & branch with leaves, fruits attache. Best wishes! http://extension.msstate.edu/publications/chinese-tallowtree

I don’t know about the tree, but the vine sure looks like native grapes to me. I would take some to your local extension office and have them verify before you taste them. Look at this and see what you think.. https://articles.extension.org/pages/31132/american-grapes
