Beautiful shrub growing over fence, blooming now, arching branches. Wondering what it was and if I could propagate it from a clipping.

Looks like a camellia sasanqua to me. The ones my grandmother had in her yard in Athens would have hard seeds in the fall that you could watch for. Or try to root cuttings of mature wood with 2-3 leaves on them in moist sand or vermiculite. Good luck!
