Notes:
Found in Chattahoochee Bend State in Park Newnan, Georgia along side of wetland moss . Each cactus like ball is the size of a marble.

Maybe a species in the Opuntia genus? If this is of the genus, I’m speculating this could be Devils-joint Cactus O. drummondii/ O. pusilla.
