Notes:
My son recently bought a house in Athens and this tree is in the front yard. Small to medium size tree. Fruit is fuzzy, yellow-green and has one seed. The fruit doesn’t seem to be quite mature yet but are falling off the tree. Any thoughts on what this is would be awesome.
