I bought a Myer Lemon last year and planted it in large container. Bring it inside house during winter, outside during summer. I put some EB Stone fruit and berry fertilizer on it this summer, and I have no lemon, never. The plant has grown, pruned back a couple of weeks ago. What do I need t do to get lemons?

What is greensand & where do you get it? My peonies are 15-16 years old & I’ve never fed or treated them with any kind of bug spray, etc. & they’re always gorgeous. Just wish their bloom time was longer.

I give my peonies a treat with greensand every few years. It’s organic, helps with fungal disease, and they seem to respond well all the way around to it. A side dressing of about 2 cups for mature peonies seems to be appropriate. Have not had any botrytis sinse using greensand.

The disease is considered more unsightly than harmful. Death of the plant is rare. Peonies can be affected by a variety of fungal leaf spots. … When the spots become numerous and begin to merge the disease is called a blight or blotch or less commonly, scorch.
