Strike the C. chrysodeta. I made a mistake in typing it in. The gold dust lichen is in GA. Sorry about that.

Maybe a species of crust stove lichen(?) . I’m not an expert of this genus and suggest you check out these included links for some of the similar looking species are found in GA, the gold dust lichen/mustard powder lichen (Chrysothrix candelaris) and the Caloplaca chrysodeta. Best wishes! https://apassionforbirds.wordpress.com/2014/03/11/stone-mountain-3814/

Looks like a type of ferns. I’m not an expert of this genus. I’m speculating this could be the resurrection fern Pleopeltis michauxiana formerly known as Polypodium polypodioides (?) Check out these included links and see if you have a match. Best wishes! http://www.polyploid.net/inplants3/pages/Pleopeltis_pol.html
