1- It will be hard to tell without leaves. I’m taking a wild guess. Maybe Ming aralia (Polyscias fruticosa)(?). When it leafing out and you still don’t know, make new post with photo of leaves. 2- A green form of Dracena (Dracaena surculosa). 3- Need flowers to ID. Link to Dracaena surculosa.
