Notes:

i inherited a side garden in our new house, last year i tilled it (kind of) and made it a seed garden, this year i have a few weird things coming back i dont jnow what it was but pretty sure i didnt plant it. anyone know what this is? its growing in two places in perfect clumps. thank you in advance for your help!

    That’s Joe Pye Weed, not Poke. I’ve got that all throughout the backs of my perennial beds. Lovely, maintenance free. Gets about 5 feet tall, pale pink flowers at the tops of the stems late summer. Looks pretty in the winter garden (seed heads).
