Notes:
This rose-shaped succulent is growing in the corner of a neighbour’s driveway. I googled to find what it could be and came up with nothing. Not sure if it’s native to our part of the country (PNW).

A type of sedum/stonecrop. This might be Sedum spurium (Caucasian stonecrop) or on its cultivars? According to sources, it is native to the Caucusus. Check out and see if you have amatch. Best wishes! https://www.google.com/search?q=sedum+spurium&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjC-7_zpbLOAhVB1CYKHVPKCzAQiR4IjgE&biw=1867&bih=909#tbm=isch&q=sedum+spurium+john+creech&imgrc=9b_o3zYuBIEuzM%3A
