Maybe a cultivar in the Spirea? Possible the Reeves Spirea bridal wreath with double form? Check it out and see if you have a match. Best wishes! https://www.wilsonbrosgardens.com/Double-Reeves-Bridal-Wreath-Spirea-cantoniensis-Lanceata.html
