I’ve been reading a lot about the health benefits ofLichen
Here in Savannah, we have a lot of Spanish moss
How do I know or identify a healthy lichen to use for medicinal purposes?
Im sure the bottom specimen is lichen. I cannot tell if the other is a form of lichen or spanish moss. Both are lichen are either good for medicinal use.
