Notes:
This plant is in the shade most of the time and only gets a bit of sunset and a bit of sunrise. I planted it in the ground last year and it lost its leaves last winter, also sometimes the tips of the leaves can dry out. It is growing fast but no signs of buds.

This might be a type of willow (Salix). I’m only speculating that it could be a species or a cultivar of goat willow (Salix caprea) and its weeping form (Salix caprea ‘Kilmarnock’)? There various species and hybrids are grown in the UK, perhaps you could try these expert on this link for the exact willow ID for your plant. Best wishes! http://www.woodlandtrust.org.uk/visiting-woods/trees-woods-and-wildlife/british-trees/
