This is likely a spider lily. No flower in spring and leaves die back during summer. In fall, up pops stem with flowers. Stems are strong and flowers are laid out in ring about 15 inches high.

Thank you! I’m going to watch it through the year and see what it does. Once it blooms (hopefully), I’ll have a better idea of what it is. Pretty sure you’re correct though. It is not in the best place and I’ll move it (and a couple of its friends) to a better location (more sun) as soon as it finishes blooming, or if it doesn’t bloom I’ll move it this fall. It’s hard to tell with out the flowers. Some bulb plants bloom in the summer or fall. When it flowers and you still don’t know, please resubmit with photo of flowers.
